1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, actual weight and distance traveled. Depending on the products, your order may ship as a Parcel by UPS. 

 

Airfiltersmarket.com only accepts orders for shipments within  the 48 contiguous United States.  Orders to international destinations will not be processed. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. For shipments within Canada, please contact us by sales@airfiltersmarket.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
 

Please email us at sales@airfiltersmarket.com for a RA# (Return Authorization #) and to identify if you want to exchange or receive credit. In order to receive credit product must be returned undamaged within 30 days of purchase date. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and are subject to 15% restocking fee. 

 

In general, it takes approximately 10 business days for the warehouse to receive the item you have shipped to them and to see a refund on your credit card statement. It is airfiltersmarket.com policy to issue the refund to the original method of payment with which the order was placed.

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
